Embodied Shakti Courses

Awakening, activating, and embodying our Sacred Feminine Power, Shakti through yoga, breath, vocal sounding, dance, meditation, and visualization.

Rootwell Yoga

This course is a collection of preparatory yoga practices that are pre-requisite for some of the other Embodied Shakti courses offered in the Temple, especially for anyone who is experiencing low back, sciatic, pelvic, or hip pain.

In this course you will learn basic breath practices and gentle, relaxation based, womb-centered, therapeutic yoga movements and positions. Sama guides you to approach your body and movements with gentleness, love, and reverence, with a good dose of humor and fun as well.

Sama developed these practices over the course of over 25 years of therapeutic yoga practice and study. This course includes 7 video practices, each 20-40 min long and several audio recordings as well. It also includes some written material to explain some of the basic foundations and encourage your practice with love.
